Last July 19, 2014 a 2-part video posted by Ryko Abaya via his Facebook account went viral and garnered reactions from the public.
Part 1 Video:
According to Abaya, the night of July 18, while inside a passenger bus driving at Coastal area, another bus owned by DMCI turned and hit the side mirror of the vehicle he was into. They were on the right lane and DMCI’s bus was on the left before the incident happened. Their driver went down to confront and charge the offending party for the damage but the latter refused and attempted to hurt their driver. After a while, one of DMCI’s bus passenger approached their bus with a shovel and struck the door at the driver side. According to Abaya, he was not able to capture that part but base on his cellphone video and the witnesses, these workers from DMCI will have to take responsibility for their action.
In the video, you will see how the situation caused a sudden commotion inside the bus. Every passenger was shocked to see how the DMCI workers harass the helpless bus driver.
