His name might not matter to you but he’s the guy who proposed the anti-selfie bill. Interested now? Cong. Rufus wants to keep protect the people’s privacy; thus, in the bill, you are not allowed to take a photo of someone without their permission. Alright, that sounds OK, right? NOT!!!
Take the example given by 8list: a photobomber appears out of nowhere – whether on purpose or not – while you are taking a selfie. This obnoxious photobomber can, then, sue you for taking the picture they photobombed! The bad news for you is that you are in possession of the selfie evidence. Wow! Just wow!

WTF? i actually think, it’s better to remove senators. they are being paid to create such stupid, and useless laws. instead of laws, that could help the case of poverty. Cha-cha must be implemented

I find this stupid in reality. but tito sotto’s bill is somehow stupid but accurate. the law enforcement agencies cant control the vast amount of criminals in our country.. Ironic. even the government cant do anything about the rebels here.
