When Manuel “Manny” V. Pangilinan, popularly known as ‘MVP’, made a vague, intruiging announcement on Twitter today, speculations arose as to what he will announce this coming Friday.

Mga Kapatid, with my colleagues, I will make a very important announcement this Friday, Sept 26, 11 am, Makati Shang Hotel. See you then.

It certainly isn’t going to be something personal, because he had indicated that the press conference will be done with his colleagues. Of course, with MVP owning several businesses and chairing various organizations, for now we could only speculate which one of these will be the center of the announcement.
