“Say ‘HAPPY BDAY SARAH’ To the Camera”
Portland, Oregon – Mario Garza, a filmmaker, showed her girlfriend Sarah the best birthday greeting he could muster up just to show her much he loves her.
Being newbies to the town they just moved about a year ago, Garza turned the setback of them not knowing much people into a once in a lifetime opportunity. Sarah’s birthday was on November 6, but Garza was already way prepared before the celebration.
Days before her precious girlfriend’s birthday, Garza stood in the streets of downtown Portland with a sign saying: “Say ‘HAPPY BDAY SARAH’ To the Camera.”
In an overwhelming response, dozens of locals and tourist stopped and greeted her girlfriend a Happy Birthday in the camera. Moreover, the romantic guy also created a Tumblr blog dedicated to the special day of his girlfriend.
All in all, more than 1000 social media users across the globe sent their own video greetings and messages to the account of Garza, sending Sarah lots of love in greetings spoken in different languages.
In an interview at BuzzFeed, he told Sarah was absolutely astonished.
Well, that guy really knows how to make his girl happy. And to Sarah, Happy Birthday too.
