Singer Susan Boyle has her first boyfriend at age 53, a Connecticut doctor she met on her recent US tour who may soon visit her in Scotland and according to her “That’s the plan,” and she’s still looking forward for that.
In the recent interview, Boyle’s spokeswoman, Nicola Phillips, said. “She met someone when she was in America and the idea is that he can come here.”
Boyle and the doctor met at a hotel in Clearwater, Florida, Phillips said, adding that Boyle is “definitely” happy to have met someone.
Boyle even added to her interview that she had never been kissed. And she even added that the doctor she met in the US was a “perfect gentleman” and that they enjoyed each other’s company. She said the relationship was in “early days,” but she hopes he will visit her in Scotland.
Rumors before was spread worldwide that she was secretly married to someone but until now there were no confirmation. Was there a secret wedding? That remains a mystery for now, as the singer’s reply hasn’t commented, nor the couple released an official statement yet. Though there were some interviews that according to Susan Boyle herself, during her introductory interview before her “Les Miserables” performance — she’s never been married.
