Countless Choices
Pinác’s menu covers specially made dishes from breakfast to dinner and tantamount to a buffet idea, it has a wide array of interesting native dishes to choose from. Each done in skillful and meticulous preparation. Name it. Love it. Pinác has it.
Cut above the rest
Interior is classy, ambiance is welcoming and fairly so, the rate is justifiable. You know you’ll end up paying right for what is quality and pleasing for belly (as well as for pocket). Just to ameliorate a little more on serving, and presto! it is a gastronomic haven to be. Suffice to say, Pinác setting is ideal for special events, corporate meet ups, or simply a great way to treat yourself and/or love ones after a long and hungry day. The food itself is divine. So the choice is between yes and yes.
A healthy start
We were confronted with a challenging appetizer. Hito Balls, Mustasa and Buro is intriguing in looks and in taste, exceptional, however. Shredded catfish rounded and coated in breadcrumbs and deep-fried. Paired with salty-sour buro (fermented rice) along with mustard green leaf prior to dipping in Pinac’s home-made vinaigrette.
The best is yet to come,
The heck to unwanted fat supply. Crispy Pata, maybe sinfully delightful but a real star in every table. Irresistible for its tender pork meat and super for its extra crispy skin layers that’s been poached for hours, tenderdized to perfection, and deep fried skillfully to achieve an enigmatic taste.
Three’s a treat
Pinoy’s all time fave Suman, Mangga at Tsokolate are pretty cool combo for dessert. — a delicious platter of breaded rice cake pieces served with sweet mangoes and thick cocoa sauce. Delectable, Hearty and lip-smaking in one. We craved for more.

This is food trip that truly got me in and the rest of other well-fed and well-accommodated bloggers I rubbed elbows (and stomach) with for the first time. Such a noteworthy perk. Thank you Pinac. (Can’t wait for the next venture 🙂
