A touching and heartwarming video showing a legally blind mother in Canada finally met her new born child for the first time went viral.
The video posted on January 21 via Youtube gains 1,404,000 million views as of writing.
29-year-old Kathy Beitz sees her newborn boy with the help of vision-enhancing glasses.
Her newborn baby boy is the first baby she has everseen in her entire life.
“For the first baby that I get to actually look at, being my own is very overwhelming,” Beitz said in the popular video.
Through the aid of eSight glasses, an amazing innovative technology that enhance video in real life, she was able to see her son.
Beitz has a genetic macular degeneration known as Stargardt disease, ABS-CBN reported.
Her sister Yvone Felix, who uploaded the video in Youtube, has the same disease and is raising money so visionless people can see the world around them.
