Did you know that there’s a new hang out in town? It’s not a bar or a coffee shop – but a Smart Store!
Smart Communications reinvented their stores as a hangout for prospective clients and customers, not just a place where they are going to transact business in.
The transformations will surely make customers feel more welcome in the cozy atmosphere of the Smart Stores while Smart’s trained personnel not only sell the company’s products but also engage in discussions with subscribers about their lifestyle needs and wants, providing subscribers with the best products and plans to suit their taste.
Instead of the previous transactional approach of telco hubs, the new Smart Stores are better and cooler. These new stores aim to please all subscribers by enhancing customer experience; ensuring that the shop’s redesign not only makes the place look more welcoming but truly makes it a happy place where people can enjoy.
Aside from the usual cash counters inside the Smart Store, these redesigned shops also feature lifestyle nooks such as the Games Station, Digital Mall, Reading Nook, and the Music Hub.
You can also find the Digital Profiler inside the shop. This innovative touch-screen gadget allows customers to check Smart plans and devices offered; allowing them to take their pick even while waiting for their turn to speak with the Smart’s trained personnel.
To date, 18 of Smart’s 115 stores nationwide have already been redesigned and transformed into a social hub for having fun. People can experience the “Smart Life” in these wonderful shops; thanks to Smart’s mission to “enable Filipinos to create awesome moments in life through mobile and digital innovations.”
By the end of 2015, at least 78 more stores will be revamped to this all new hangout theme.
The good news does not end there, apparently. Smart Communications also announced the iQueue.
The system sends the subscribers a text message that their turn is coming; allowing customers to have fun or attend to their needs in the mall while waiting for their turn. Of course, many people have been doing that in the past but Smart’s automated queuing system allows customers to have fun without worrying whether their number has already been called while they were still hanging out with friends.
Better yet, you can hang out inside the Smart Store, enjoying the exciting new features while waiting for your turn! How cool is that, really?
