Actor-politician Richard “Goma” Gomez is pushing for an all-out war in Mindanao so the army could eliminate the insurgents and peace will prevail in the land.
On his Facebook page last February 11, Goma posted the following along with the report about the viral video showing the SAF trooper’s brutal slay:

Easier said than done, of course, but the comment sparked a wave of comments and caught the attention of peace advocate and chairman of the Bangsamoro National Movement for Peace and Development, Aga Khan Sharieff.
Sharieff slammed Goma’s statement, saying the actor should stop fueling the fire, especially because he is a role model to the youth. Instead of pushing for all-out war in Mindanao, Sharieff believes Goma should push for the peace.
Then, Sharieff said maybe Goma should go to Mamasapano so we can all see his expertise in fencing, a sport the actor-politician is well known for.
In response, Goma posted another status on Facebook:
