Energy Drink and Pizza Diet Apparently Caused Liver Cancer to Dean Wharmby

Every woman swoons over men with great, big bodies, just like men who go crazy over sexy women. But how far would go to get that amazing physique? Would you dare try the extreme just to get that “bodybuilder” look?

A former bodybuilder apparently followed a 10,000-calorie diet in order to create his goal physique. In a feature on Dailymail, Dean Wharmby, a trainer and bodybuilder was diagnosed with liver cancer, and he says that his high-calorie diet composed of pizza and energy drink is one of the major factors.

Wharmby, who has been a bodybuilder for 20 years, went on a high calorie diet which consists of meals from McDonald’s, pizza and other high-calorie foods. Aside from junk foods, Wharmby also consumed high-protein foods like eggs and chicken. He also took protein shakes. He also would drink seven to eight cans of energy drink, while eating every two hours so he could have the energy to train other bodybuilders and train himself too.

I can’t say it was the diet for sure, but things like the energy drinks could be contributing factors. Red meats – all things we have found out have so many impurities in them now. I think it was a combination of it all.

Wharmby first became ill five and a half years ago, a growth was discovered but he opted not to undergo chemotherapy and turned to natural remedies. However, after his tumor disappeared within a year, he became complacent and went back to his old diet.

In November 2014, Wharmby was diagnosed with liver cancer and was told that he only had three weeks to live. Fortunately, as of writing, Wharmby is still surviving as he already cut sugar in his diet and has turned to natural remedies.

With the support of his girlfriend, Charlotte Rigby, Wharmby is now living a healthy lifestyle. With support from the social media and people encouraging him through his Facebook page, Wharmby is more than determined to beat liver cancer.

It has been very difficult but I’m 100 per cent determined to beat this. And five-and-a-half months later, I’m doing something right.
