PAL Steward gives boiling water to kid passenger that accidentally burned her skin

The role of the cabin crew is to provide assistance to passengers while ensuring they will land safely in their destination.

High degree of responsibility involves in the process and excellent customer service is always their topmost pledge since they are bringing the airlines company name.

But would you still believe in Philippine Airlines’ tagline, “nothing makes us happier than making you feel at home” once you see this post of concerned aunt after PAL flight attendant gives boiling water to her niece, who accidentally burned her skin. In any case, would that make you feel at home?

Aunt Gracie Cuico’s niece pleasantly requested for a WARM water from a PAL flight attendant, but what it gave was a “SCALDING HOT” water.

Gracie was in shocked after her niece accidentally poured the water onto her skin. The warm water which was requested by the kid passenger has left them furious and speechless,  as it leaves an unmistakable burnt proof . “Would a warm water do this to your skin?” she said.

Now it turned out it’s her niece’s fault and it is her only who is to blame for not paying attention.

The parents went to call the attention of the flag’s carrier company, only to find out PAL was clueless and haven’t recognized such thing happened.
