To a pilot, flying a massive plane thousands of feet above the land carrying an overwhelming number of people on board and landing safely is a tough job. However, most passengers take this lightly and considerably get off the plane without ever feeling thankful, much to give a letter of gratitude to its pilots perhaps.
However, after the horrible Germanwings plane crash at the hands of its copilot, a certain passenger by the name of ‘Bethanie’ wrote a letter of thanks to the pilots who drove the plane she boarded safely.
The letter is shared through a photo tweet of the pilot’s colleague, Jai Dillon, who is obviously moved with the heartfelt letter for the airline employees who do a ‘difficult, but often thankless job. Here is a photo of the heartwarming letter:
According to BuzzFeed, Dillon confirmed that the letter was real, but would not share what flight it was received because of specific security reasons. However, he told that,
I felt that the positive message was worth spreading.
Now that is really worth spreading!
