Great Britain rejoice as the Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton, gave birth to her second child with Prince William. Prince George’s little sister was born on May 2 at 8:34am (British Summer Time).
The new born girl was safely delivered in Lindo Wing of St. Mary’s Hospital, weighing 8lbs 30z.
Kensington Palace posted on Twitter “The Duke of Cambridge was present for the birth.”
“The Queen, The Duke of Edinburgh, The Prince of Wales & The Duchess of Cornwall, Prince Harry & members of both families have been informed.
After being admitted at the hospital, Kate was only in labor for just over two hours and the Royal Highness and ‘her child are both doing well.’
