VIRAL: Man Abuses Elderly Woman in Cubao Terminal

A video of a man physically abusing an elderly woman in a bus terminal in Cubao, Quezon City has gone viral.

The heartbreaking video showed a man forcing his elderly companion to lie down and sleep. When the elderly woman refused to, the man forced her by pinning her down which made the woman cry in pain. When the elderly women refused again, the man pinned her down again more forcefully which made the elderly woman cry out louder. The video also showed that the man seemingly wanted to hit the woman while scolding her.

The video now has over 25,000 shares on Facebook.

Authorities now in search for the man in the video

According to ABS-CBN News, police authorities are now in search for the man in the video.

Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Secretary Dinky Soliman urges the public to report any cases of abuse to the authorities.
