Ramon Bautista is a Filipino actor, radio DJ, TV show host, commercial model, filmmaker, producer and University of the Philippines, Diliman professor. Dubbed as the “Internet superstar”, his fans follow him on Tumblr, Twitter and Facebook.
In his childhood, Bautista recalls he spent most of his time reading magazines. His friend, and a fellow filmmaker RA Rivera, are into some serious topics like human interest, political and economic..
He is a simple, torpe shy type f guy.
Bautista studied at the University of the Philippines, Diliman and took Film in Audio and Vidio multiimedia.
Year 2007 Ramon Bautista became famous when he appeared in his own show in MTV Pilipinas, “The Ramon Bautista Show,” where he interviewed prominent artists in the Philippine music industry.
The Internet superstar Ramon Bautista is also an endorser and he endorsed brands like Nescafe, Petron, McDonals, Nissan and Smart.
He is also an author of the book and wrote “Bakit Hindi Ka Crush ng Crush Mo?” The book was then made into a movie featuring Kim Chiu and Xian Lim with the special participation of Ramon Bautista.
Aside from doing a lot in the entertainment, he is also teaching. A professor by heart and according to him;

When RA Rivera and I started making films back in college

What are your fears if ever?
Nuclear wars
But he admitted that he sometimes fail and fears some like when he is going to a burial, he won’t look at the coffin because he’s afraid of seeing someone dead.
What motivates you in life especially in your career?
Meralco bills…because if i dont do well, mapuputulan kami ng kuryente
What are your goals in life?
To be the best that i can be to bring joy, happiness, inspiration to those who do not find them in God’s earth
What do you consider as the turning point in your career?
When I took up film
Is there a time you want to quit your career? Why or why not?
Yes, because it’s hard for a shy guy like me to be in front of people
As a writer, how do you get inspiration?
I get to talk to people a lot so i learn a lot from them. Life experience also helps. Not that i have a lot of it, i just have a few moments specific to my choice of writing subject
How did you come up with a topic and story to write?
Because the youth of today are so obsessed with finding love and they keep forgetting that there are so many other things they can be spending their time, youthful energy and exuberance for.
In your book Bakit Di ka Crush Ng Crush Mo, how did you come up writing that book?
I had a formspring and a lot of people were asking me this question
A lot of your books I’ve read are all great, I can say, I can totally relate to your book, so is there any sequel or other books you are doing now?
Yes
If yes, what will be the next topic or story of the book?
It’s a children’s book
Aside from writing, you are also a DJ, so how is t working as dj?
At first it was strange to hear your own voice on the radio but it got pretty enjoyable
What make you different from other Dj’s nowadays?
I don’t talk well. Both in English and Filipino
What do you like, writing a book, being a DJ or in acting?
I try to enjoy whatever i do. I like doing all of them
What or who inspires you now?
My idols and my friends
What is your ideal girl?
Pretty, intelligent, cooks well and are good with children
Who is Ramon Bautista 5 years from now?
Still the same, just more handsome
What is your advice to those who really want to become like you?
Just study hard, work hard, enjoy what you do and do it for the Lord
