June is the month where many couples begin their journey to forever, and many couples actually prove that there really is forever. Take for example Lolo Alfredo and Lola Mercedes who recently celebrated their 84th anniversary.

However, it’s not always a bed of roses for many couples. Some couples need to endure hardships and struggles in order to have a good and comfortable life they long for. Some couples are unable to get through these hardships and sometimes part their ways.
Our featured couple today is different. They have been through tough times together and after many decades of enduring hardships, they are still going strong as a couple.
Meet Lolo Carding and Lola Lilia Magsino. A hardworking couple that sells rice cakes near the LRT station going to Baclaran. Their photo was posted by Phil E. under the Facebook name Barcode Galera. Phil was so inspired by the hardworking couple that he couldn’t help but take their photo to serve as an inspiration of hard work and teamwork.
The post which already has over 16,000 likes and 4,000 shares as of this writing really is an inspiration. Phil said in his post that the couple actually has a system in selling their rice cakes: Lolo Carding was in charge of marketing and Lola Lilia was in charge of accounting. Their teamwork for selling these rice cakes also spell how they handle their relationship, too. A couple needs hard work and teamwork to travel the road to forever.
During The Dailypedia‘s short chat with Phil, he said he aims for the couple to be featured and serve as an inspiration to all couples out there.
The road to forever is not easy, but with love and teamwork—and a steady hand to hold, that road can become the greatest journey of all.
