Cel Capalar- Nabong shared her horrible experience in Kobi, a playroom facility in Robinson’s Place in Malolos, Bulacan.
In her Facebook post, Cel revealed that she would often allow her son Ahron to play in playroom facilities in SM Pampanga.
Since they were in Robinson’s Place in Malolos, Bulacan, she decided to give Kobi a try. The place allows parents to leave their child inside the facility for a certain period of time for a fee.
Thinking that it was safe to leave her son inside the facility, Cel opted buy some stuff from The Handyman. They returned to Kobi at 2:05 p.m., a few minutes late from the specified end time.
To Cel’s horror, she found her son outside Kobi talking with a man. Initially, Cell thought that the man was Kobi’s security guard. However, she later on confirmed that the man was just looking after Ahron since he noticed that he didn’t have a guardian.
Enraged by what she learned, Cel confronted the female staff member in charge of the facility.
“Bakit nakalabas ang anak ko?” Cel asked.
“Mam ‘di ko po sya pinalabas,” insisted the female staff member who then apologized to Cel.
When Cel asked Ahron about the incident, her son revealed that he was asked to leave the facility since his supposed time of use had elapsed.
After filing a complaint at the mall’s security office, the female staff member admitted they did ask Ahron to leave their premises while insisting that they were watching over him.
