In an interview, Jamias said Binay spoke these words to him: “Kilala kita, Col. Jamias sa Maynila, ang ginawa mo nang-harass ka ng mga tao. Dito sa Makati, huwag mong gagawin ‘yan!… Tandaan mo ito pag-alis ko dito aalisin ko, aalisin ko mga tauhan mo kaya humarang ka na, magkalaban na tayo. [I know you, Col. Jamias. In Manila, you harass citizens. But you cannot do that here in Makati! When I leave, I will remove your men. Be wary, we’re now enemies.]”
Jamias added that Binay hurt some of the other policemen deployed. Jamias had gotten statements and medical records to back up their claims against Binay.
Ironically, Binay had praised the same profession he once insulted. Now netizens are calling him hypocritical.

Many further commented on the vice president being “plastic” while some defended the Aquino administration saying the president did not have to list down how he had helped the families of the fallen 44. Others posted comments on how this is a good eye-opener for voters when they make their choices on who to vote for in the presidential elections in 2016, where Binay will most likely be a candidate.
