Fish and curry powder
This pair is more than just a delicious food combination.
According to a study, potent cancer inhibitors DHA (the healthy fat in fish) and curcumin (an active compound in yellow curry) work better together than they do separately.
Their findings are based on a supplement form, but getting them through food could also be good, right? So the next time you prepare a tuna sandwich or cook a fish fillet, maybe you can sprinkle a bit of yellow curry powder on it.
