Also called the IGARI makeup, it was originally made by famous Japanese beauty salon stylist Igari Shinobi and was picked up by widely by the public. This became very popular that tutorials were even published online to achieve the perfect messy look.
So, how do you do it?
First, called the ‘aegyo-sal‘ technique, use you a darker shade eyeshadow in the crease under your eye to create puffy, eye bags.
Then, apply a soft, pink blush on your cheeks, under your eyes, extending to your cheekbones for a sickly look.
Put a dark eyeliner above your eyes and smudge it. Finish it with fake eyelashes and you’re all set.
