Netizen Ronchie Aquino Enriquez posted photos of an old man who collapsed in a Mang Inasal branch in Quiapo. He asked other netizens to help the man find his way back to his family.
Enriquez was having his meal at the restaurant when he noticed the old man kept looking over at him and the other diners. Enriquez was wary of him at first, thinking he was a robber or snatcher until the man suddenly fell over the table in front of him. He hit his head and his arm on the table and got some bruises. Thankfully, he was assisted by two other diners and the staff of Mang Inasal who immediately called their manager.
Enriquez asked for the man’s identification to post on social media with the hopes of contacting his family to help him. The man was identified as Domingo Miranda, born on September 17, 1967 and a resident of Pasay City. Miranda had been wandering for days without any money or food. Enriquez said Miranda seemed depressed and as it turned out, Miranda had lost his job and has kidney failure. Now he is in desperate need of help and is calling out to his family in Zambales.
After giving him some food, Enriquez asked for permission to post Miranda’s photos online. Miranda agreed, but he still seemed disoriented and was very weak.
Spread the word to help this man find his way back home. Without any money or anyone to care for him, Miranda’s health might get worse.
