By taking a closer look at your feet, you can actually determine if you’re suffering from diabetes, gout, psoriasis, or even vascular disease.
1. Club-shaped nails
Changes in the color and shape of your nails can indicate a lung, cardiovascular or even gastrointestinal problem.
“The shape will change and they appear distorted. This could be due to a cut in the blood’s oxygen levels,” Heath explained.
