As dozens of Syrian refugees tried to evade police officers at a registration camp in Hungary on Tuesday, September 8, a camerawoman was caught on video tripping a father holding a child in his arms. The chaotic scene was captured by a German reporter at a camp near the Hungarian-Serbian border. The same video journalist was also seen kicking two other refugees fleeing the scene as well.
Her actions sparked outrage on social media and generated many angry responses.

The camerawoman, who worked for a Hungarian TV news channel was reportedly fired after the video went viral. The news channel released a statement on their Facebook page calling her behavior unacceptable and saying that the case was now closed.
