10. Floating Orbs
Orbs are wandering spirits which Filipinos call “Santelmo,” meaning a ball of light or fire. They say that when a man dies, his soul will either be absolved (go to heaven or hell) or will stay in the place where he died to seek help from people. Most of the time, orbs appear in places like the woods, backyards, basements, and farms.
