Hot Onion Milk for Cough

Ingredients
500 ml (17 fl. oz/2 cups) milk
2 large onions, diced
1–2 teaspoons honey per cup
Let the milk gently simmer in a saucepan then add onions. Remove from the heat then leave to infuse for 20 minutes. Strain into a cup then add honey. Since honey is sensitive to heat, you must add it just before drinking the milk.
