Apple Curd for Constipation
Ingredients
125 g (4 oz/ 1/2 cup) curd cheese or quark
1 apple, grated
1 teaspoon linseeds (flaxseeds)
1 teaspoon honey
Place the curd in a bowl then add grated apple, honey, and linseeds. Add water to suit your personal taste. You may soak the linseeds overnight or crush them and let the mixture stand for 10 minutes before consuming.
