Garlic, Cayenne Pepper, Parsley, and Chive Infusion for Fatigue
Ingredients
250 ml (8 fl. oz/1 cup) water
2 garlic cloves, peeled
3 sprigs of fresh parsley
3 fresh chives
1 pinch of cayenne pepper
Boil water in a pan then remove from heat and add garlic. Let it infuse for 10 minutes. Chop the parsley and chives finely then add to the infusion. Add cayenne pepper then strain into a cup before drinking.
