Zimbabwe. Prophet Sham Hungwe of House of Grace International Church reportedly convinced his congregation to buy his “holy pens” so they can pass their exams.
The pens were being sold between $1 to $20 depending on what the member can afford, reports News24zim.

The pastor, who also operates at the Machipisa Shopping Center, said that the students only need faith and the anointed pen to pass. ‘“It is anointed and I declare passes when your children sit for exams; when you sit for your exams (sic).”

The congregation was even told that the more they give, the more their faith and the more their children will pass.
Although for some it may seem a complete scam, the pens sold like hotcakes with members struggling to work their way through the crowd to the pulpit to get them.

One parishioner attested to the wonder of the holy pen saying, “My son is not very bright and I think this will help him. With the knowledge he has acquired and this pen from the man of God, I think it is going to work.”
In a separate report, another student testified that he got a high score in Level A exam last year after using the pen .
