About up to 85% of the 110 species of spiders and insects exhibit homosexuality. Researchers say this is because some male insects have been rejected the opportunity to mate with a female. Other male insects, however, mistakenly mate with a male. There may be no clear benefit to this homosexual behavior among spiders and insects, as per researchers. However, it is suggested that these gay acts are just simply innate in them.
