Tricycle drivers help blogger who lost his 3-day-old iPhone 6s Plus

Senior blogger and owner of The DailyPedia and LionHearTV Mc Richard Paglicawan lost his three-day-old iPhone 6s Plus while going home from Robinsons Pioneer in Mandaluyong, Metro Manila on March 18, 2016.

Upon realizing that the phone was lost when he got home, Paglicawan immediately went back to the Robinsons Mall in hopes of finding the smartphone.

Seeing a policeman on duty outside the mall, Paglicawan rushed to him for help. He told the policeman that he left his phone in a tricycle. But the policeman simply told him it would be quite difficult to get back his phone upon learning that the lost unit was a new iPhone 6s Plus. Then, just like that, the policeman turned his back and walked away.

Feeling helpless, Paglicawan turned to a tricycle driver for help. While he could not remember the tricycle number or how the driver and his trike look like, the tricycle driver he had asked for help turned out to be a very helpful and resourceful guy.

Within minutes of trying to figure out the identity of the driver whose trike Paglicawan had left his cellphone in, they were finally able to find the right guy—and he was just waiting for the owner to claim the lost phone he found inside the tricycle.

Greatly relieved that he was able to retrieve his lost iPhone 6s Plus, Paglicawan expressed his admiration of these two tricycle drivers in a post on Facebook.

According to him, there really are times when the people you thought could help you when you’re in trouble (just like the policeman) will be the ones who will let you down while those whom you do not expect to help are the ones who will turn out to be your heroes.
