Beer has high water content that helps eliminate harmful toxins and keeps kidneys working properly. It also contains compounds that slows down the release of calcium from the bones and in turn prevents the formation of kidney stones.

The silicon content of beer not only prevents Alzheimer’s, it also improves our bone health. A 2009 study carried out at Tufts showed that people who drank one or two glasses of beer daily were less prone to bone fractures compared to non-beer drinkers.
