Last March 22nd of 2017, a netizen’s video got viral after she posted a clip showing a boy who got stuck on the side of the escalator, and her mother’s deafening scream.
Tayts Mariano said she was just strolling around the mall when she suddenly heard the woman’s cry for help. As what can be seen on the video, it was not too long before the concerned staffs immediately responded to the incident and quickly brought the injured boy to the nearest medical center.
According to the local news, the boy was already treated and was discharged soon enough.
However, this incident has alarmed a lot of parents who had seen the video to take extreme cautious whenever they are on the escalator so that it will not happen again next time.
