Niña Yturralde is a 20-year-old UST student taking up Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering. Being an admirer of the rich Korean Culture, she came up with a crazy idea that went viral instantly.
During a family vacation in South Korea, she packed up her school uniform, wore it, and pretended that she is lost.
In her post last night on Facebook, she said that she just took an LRT train in Legarda, but ended up in Busan. Niña instantly gained reactions from her wit, as netizens went crazy for her version of ‘Saan Ka Dadalhin Ng Vacant Mo’.
Her post has gained more than 12,000 reactions, 325 comments, and was shared 3,617 times already!
The Journey From Legarda to Busan
The post is a series of her adventure in Korea, pretending that she’s lost all throughout the journey.
She started with her photo in Busan at the Korean Train Express.
Then a classic scene on the seats of the train.
She even posted a picture of herself with a Korean local on the side, pretending to question if he’s a Filipino.
Then, she hinted everyone that she’s really travelling, posting clueless on the streets of Korea.
Finally, she posted this family picture to validate that she’s really in Korea.
The proud Iloilo native said that the posts are for fun only, and that she’s really travelling at the time with her family.
“Actually I got the idea from a friend when she told me she’d [bring] her uniform to her vacation, so I thought why not coconut*laughs*. Then my sister-in-law suggested I [should] look confused in all [of] my photos. *laughs*”
