A Taste of comfort and tradition
Describing the very millenial food truck was NutriAsia’s corporate marketing consultant Dang de Leon. According to her, the truck has an exclusive partnership with GalaStars Culinary, headed of course by the one and only chef Ernest Reynoso Gala. “We tweak classic Pinoy comfort food to make the taste more appealing to millennials, because they know what young people want,” de Leon explains.
The Masarap, Masaya Joy Ride truck serves re-imagined local comfort food using the top quality products of NutriAsia. The country’s top sauces and condiments company is known for homing well-loved Filipino brands. Under its name are Datu Puti, UFC, Mang Tomas, Papa Ketchup, Jufran and Golden Fiesta.
Menu
The special menu specially catered by the Joy Ride truck includes:
1. Datu Puti Adoburrito – an iconic Filipino dish prepared using Datu Puti’s Adobo series all wrapped in a burrito bread.
2. Siga Bagnet Wrap – famous Bagnet drizzled with Mang Tomas to give a perfect kick of spice
3. Pinoy Chicken Slider – crispy Fried Chicken made crunchy with Big Crunch Breading Mix and inserted in a local favorite Pan De Sal. All showered with unique and savory sauce made from Datu Puti BBQ-rrific 2-way Marinade and UFC ketchup for an authentic taste.
4. Skinny Chix – for the side dish, everyone’s favorite street food with a twist. Skinny Chix was generously seasoned with the new and exciting Golden Fiesta Big Crunch Fry and Shake Breading and Flavor Mix in three exciting flavors; Smoked BBQ, Cheese, and Sour Cream.
Beverage
Any food trip will not be completed without a matching drink. Locally Blended Juice Drinks got our back, a home for natural and homegrown fruit juices. With its newly launched witty-named flavors; Guyabano-body but you and the Calamansi-z the day. The truck also offers a mocktail in Kamias-garita and Power Four Punch, an excellent combination with the ultimate Joy Ride! food trip.
