- Photographer compares photography on a budget and with a budget
- Artists are not for free
More often than not, the cheapest compensation of labor comes from our artists. It’s either they go big, or shrink small–there’s no in between. They have to face low-baller clients who do not appreciate the efforts and hard work they put on every project. Especially with our photographers, people can’t seem to know their true value.
They take photos for a living, not just for your petty thank you’s.
Photographer takes a stand
A young photographer from the Ilocos region takes a stand via Facebook. He compared the quality of a photoshoot on a budget from a shoot with a budget. Christopher Toffee Rivera posted this second instalment of his Binarat Photography vs Binayarn Photography on his personal Facebook account.
Now, can you see the difference? Photographers are well-inspired when compensated right. Just like everyone else, right? What they do may be their passion but it doesn’t mean that it’s for free. Their rates are high and should never be low-balled.
