Hi guys, I just want to warn u about this, lalo na po mga mahilig magpabaon sa mga anak nila ng ganito, kanima while my students are having thier recess lumapit sakin isa Kong student, sabi teacher bakit iba po ang lasa, tas inabot sakin, den tinikman ko my goodness niluwa ko agad.”
Nerit warned the parents who usually give chocolate drinks to their children because of the incident that happened in the classroom she was managing.
According to her, a student went to her to ask about the chocolate drink saying the taste was unusual. The teacher then took a sip of the drink, which she immediately spat right after.
“den I immediately checked the expiry date Jan 2018 pa ma eexpired, pag bukas ko ng choc-o nakakadiri ang NASA loob, pati amoy super baho amoy imburnal, sad lang nakainum ng konti si dane.”
Due to the disgusting taste, she proceeded to check the expiration date and opened the pack to check the drink. Nerit was even more sickened after inhaling the smell of the drink.
“Pls LNG po Iwasan nlng natin mgpabaon ng ganito sa mga bata, mas better ipagtimpla nyo nlng sila ng juice or choco drinks, Hindi ko din alam bakit nagkaganito toh, maybe sira na toh kung saan man toh nabili or wat, tayo nalang ang mag ingat, or kung Hindi maiiwasan mkabili ng ganyan better icheck muna or tikman bago IPA inum sa bata. Careful tayo guys para sa mga bagets. #dirty”
Nerit warned the netizens to avoid buying packed drinks and make it themselves instead to ensure that the drinks are perfectly fine and will not be harmful in any way possible.
Meanwhile, the netizens thanked Nerit for the heads up and promised not to purchase anymore. Some of them also shared their experiences with the same drink.
At the end of the day, consumers should be cautious regardless of the brand or kind of a drink. Instead of giving such drinks to children, why not encourage them to take water or fruit juices instead?
