- Justin Trudeau goes to Jollibee for a snack
- Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau includes Jollibee in his itinerary
Y’all wondering how the heck did the Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau end up ordering one-piece Chickenjoy meal and a Strawberry Tea Float at Jollibee. And yes, you thought right. We are here to rundown the reasons behind Trudeau’s ‘random’ Jollibee visit.
Jollibee x Justin
Because of the ASEAN Summit happening here in the Philippines, in which we are sure you have experienced the extremely tight traffic already, different leaders from different countries came here to delegate their respective nations.
And this Prime Minister right here managed to pay a spontaneous visit at a Jollibee branch in North Harbor, Tondo, Manila.
But what we don’t know is that it’s actually planted even several days before. No wonder a national honorable came by out of nowhere into a fast food chain. In a report by Town & Country PH, a Jollibee representative told that the Canadian embassy has been reaching out to the company days before Trudeau flies to the Philippines.
The Canadian official asked if they could include a Jollibee stop in PM’s first-day itinerary. Jollibee agreed as long as tighter security is observed.
Not only did Trudeau order a complete Jollibee meal, but he also took rounds inside the chain and took selfies with other customers and of course, the Jollibee staff.
What do you think about this shookening moment? Well, I couldn’t agree more with him, our Chickenjoy is world-class!
