- Marina Benipayo complained about a Grab driver.
- She said that the driver insisted that she and her companion should walk to a corner street rather than picking them up in the pinned location.
Ramp model-beauty queen-turned-actress Manrina Benipayo made a public post on her Facebook page about a lazy Grab driver she encountered with her husband.
She sad that the driver “insisted” on making them walk to the corner of the street to get in the car rather than meeting them at the pick-up point like he’s supposed to.
Her husband, Ricardo Cepeda, tried calling him to ask where he is and asked him why he’s not following the pinned location, the driver didn’t answer.
“Kaloka naman, this Grab driver insisted maglakad nalang kami hanggang kanto to meet him. Richard called him and asked saan sha, sagot nya nasa kanto. Richard asked why he didn’t follow waze, hindi sumasagot. So pinuntahan ni Richard sa kanto to face him. When Richard insisted, the map on the driver’s fone showed the exact location of our house, but the driver refused to follow it. Ang tamad ah…”
The Actress reminded everyone to make their Grab driver go to exactly where the location is pinned as it is calculated to the total amount the passenger is paying them.
“NEVER ALLOW THEM NA PALAKARIN KAYO TO THEM. You pay for the service of them picking you up. Kaya nga mas mahal ang charge nila eh.”
She then tagged Grab and said that they have reported the incident but failed to receive a feedback from the company.
“Awat na ang pasensya, nagbabayad tayo ng maayos. Grab, kahapon pa itong post ko and we reported it, and we get no response from you . It’s been happening to many na pala, so this issue has to be addressed.”
