- Lolit Solis defended Kris Aquino in a recent Instagram post saying that the latter doesn’t have mean bones in her body.
- She added that Gretchen Barretto should know better as they were close friends for a while.
Amid the mess between Kris Aquino and the Falcis brothers, Lolit Solis spoke up and stated her side.
In her recent post, she said that Kris is impulsive and shocking sometimes but she does stand by her belief that the Queen of All Media doesn’t have a mean bone.
“Totoo na maarte siya, tackless, at kung minsan nakakasakit ng feelings dahil nga sinasabi what she thinks and feel na hindi niya alam nakaka-offend kung minsan pero para naman wala siya malisya pag sinabi at ginawa iyon.”

She added that they always had the “love-hate” relationship but also has a soft spot for each other.
“Kahit pa nga sometimes nasasaktan namin ang feeling, nandun pa rin ang respeto.”
Solis then continued defending Aquino against the bullying and power-tripping accusations.
“One thing I can say, hindi si Kris ang tipo na magbibintang ng basta-basta, to put one down, kaya pag sinabi niya sure ako lalo at sensitive na issue na tutoo iyon bintang niya. Ang nangyari nga lang, sa sobrang ingay ng issue nagkaroon ng ibang perception, nagkaroon ng kampihan at pilian kung sino paniniwalaan. One thing, hindi at never na ginawa ni Kris ang power tripping.”
She then stated that Gretchen Barretto‘s statements in one of her posts is false and that “she should know” since she both she and Kris were once a close as friends.
“Kaya mali iyon bintang ni Gretchen Barretto. She should know, naging close sila for a while ni Kris at alam niya na never nito ginamit ang power to get something. Ay naku, buti na lang kaya na ni Kris ngayon to fight on her own kasi mukhang habang tumatanda siya nagkakapatung-patong ang problema niya.”

On Saturday, January 5, Gretchen posted a screenshot of Nicko Falcis saying that he received death threats from Aquino. In the caption she wrote the she “feel” for Falscis.
“I salute him for his courage to speak the truth , fight for his family name & reputation inspite of the threat to his life No to bullies!!!! STOP POWER TRIPPING”
Kapamilya star Enchong Dee was also noticed to have liked Gretchen’s post regarding the issue.
