Mang Inasal is one of the biggest fastfood chains in the country. Lunch time is when it’s usually at its busiest. One can barely find a seat as the place is often packed.
Their service workers need to move quickly in order to attend to their customers. Under extreme time constraints and pressure, they have to multi-task.

Dinalyn Osal shared the story about how a Mang Inasal service worker put in extra effort just to cater to her and to other customer’s needs.
Osal said that she had been craving Mang Inasal for a week and decided that it was time to go to one. This happened on a Father’s Day so she was already expecting branches to be packed.
She went to a few branches which were full. So Osal and her friends decided to go to a smaller branch near a Puregold store, thinking that less people would go there.
When they got there, they saw that the place was also packed. There were people who had already paid and were just standing around while waiting for a vacant table.
“Ngunit nabigo ako marami ring tao maraming pang nasa labas na nakapagbayad na pero naghihintay ng may mababakanteng upuan.”
But Osal decided to wait it out. Then a service worker by the name of Tian came and took their and other people’s order numbers.
He was looking for chairs for them to sit on but couldn’t find any.
Tian then took a table and chairs and had it set up so people who were standing could sit down.
“kumuha sya ng bakanteng lamesa at kumuha ng upuan sa kagustuhan nyang makaupo ang lahat.”
Tian was attending to all the customers he could attend to.
Tian then saw Osal and her friend waiting for their order and decided to give them soup.
“napansin nya sigurong wala pa yung order namin hinatiran nya kami ng sabaw sabay sabing ‘wait lang mam ha marami kasing tao eto muna sabaw.’.
When Osal and her friend were done eating, Tian was the one who cleaned up after them.
Osal also mentioned that Tian looked really tired but still managed to smile through it all. Other netizens also chimed in to praise Tian for his exceptional customer service.
