A daughter proudly shared her mother’s photos, saying her appearance didn’t change a bit.
A Twitter user named Sachi posted a birthday greeting for her mom, using two photos taken several years apart. She said that her mother “doesn’t look over a day over 30” and taught her the value of using sunscreen daily.
What makes her laugh is that she used to tell people that her mother was still 30 and they believed it.

The olded photo was taken in 2004 and the other one was taken in 2018. Her mom had not noticeably aged much in the photos.

Because of her daughter’s post, her photos went viral on social media and has already received over 30 thousand likes. Jhoanna Lynn Cruz said she was “shookt” by all the likes that her daughter’s post about her got.
She admitted that she uses a BB cream or sunscreen with SPF 30, but her true secrets to looking young were not eating red meat, not smoking, having a regular workout, and keeping herself hydrated. She also said that she tries to keep a positive mindset and live with compassion for all living beings.
Netizens really appreciated how she handled herself as she looks so young. Some even asked her for the brand of sunscreen that she was using.
