A girl by the name of Angelika Tumang is getting bashed on social media after a video of her bullying another girl inside a restroom surfaced. The video shows her punching, slapping, and insulting another girl named Francesca Natalie, who was 13-years-old at the time.
The video started off by showing Francesca on her phone as Tumang was facing her. Tumang started talking about how Francesca was flirting with her boyfriend.
“Kung hindi dumating ang araw na to hindi mo sya titigilan,” said Tumang who then proceeded to give Francesca a hard slap to the left side of her face.
“Tangina mo!”
Tumang kept on repeating that Francesca was messing around with her boyfriend.
“Nilalandi mo boyfriend ko.”
It became clear that Francesca was scared as she started becoming more submissive, to which Tumang said, “Wag kang umiyak sa harapan ko, di kita mapapatawad.”
Tumang then gave her another hard slap in the same area.
“Ang sakit naman, ate. Pasensiya na po di ko na po uulitin,” said Francesca, crying as Tumang pulled her hair.
Tumang then gives her two punches to the side of the head. “Tangina ka! Tangina mo!”
One of Tumang’s friends then stepped in and said that Francesca had taken too much abuse. But Tumang refused to back off and told her friend to step away. “Alis ka, umalis ka diyan.”
Tumang then gave Francesca two more slaps and a hard punch. “Ayaw mo yung ginawa mo? Ayaw mo?!”
The friend then stepped in again because he felt bad for Francesca. “Tigilan mo na nga, pwede na yan.”
“Umalis ka diyan,” said Tumang.
Tumang could be seen getting ready to punch Francesca again while grabbing the latter’s hair before the video was cut off.
On August 19, Raffy Tulfo had a chance to speak to both parties.
It was revealed that the incident happened around September of 2018, but the video just recently surfaced.
According to Francesca’s parents, their daughter’s sickness worsened after the assault by Tumang.
Francesca was abducted by Tumang and her friends and then brought to a restroom where the assault took place. After the incident, Francesca found it hard to go to school. Her nose also wouldn’t stop bleeding for a time.
Francesca’s parents also believe that Tumang’s party was not serious about settling the matter.
It was also revealed that Francesca wasn’t Tumang’s only victim. Tumang had already assaulted six other children, according to her school.
Also, it was Tumang’s boyfriend who started chatting with Francesca, not the other way around.
Tulfo gave Tumang a lecture. At the time, both parties were at a barangay settling their issues.
Tumang could be heard crying as she was speaking to Tulfo.
“Paulit ulit mo siyang sinampal sampal dun. Six times mo na pala ‘tong nagawa sa iba’t ibang bata. Pinagsisihan mo pero paulit-ulit? Okay lang sana kung minsan tapos nagsisi ka, hindi mo na uulitin. Kaya lang six na ang victims mo. Paano iyon? May kalalagyan ka! Hindi ka lang mailalagay sa presohan ng matatanda pero mayroon talagang rehabilitation centers sa mga katulad mo,” Tulfo added.
