- Netizen tries to find out what #secretplace means in Gerald Anderson’s photos
- It was revealed that the actor just took the photos from multiple websites and posted them on his Instagram
Mary Jeanley Bontilao went on Facebook to share her observations about actor Gerald Anderson’s photos that had the hashtag #SecretPlace.
The photos were posted months apart but Bontilao thinks she’s onto something.
Bontilao, with the help of netizens, found out that the actor just took the photos from multiple websites.
The latest #secretplace was posted by the actor on June 13, 2018 which showed two chairs in a wooden house. This photo was taken from Pinterest and We Heart It.
On April 14, 2018, he posted a photo with the caption, “Road to Secret Place,” that showed a log on the road. This photo was taken by photographer Jonathan Irish in the US.
On April 6, 2018, he posted a photo of two wine glasses on a picnic table with the hashtag which turned out to be from Picbear and Picgra. The photo was also liked by Enchong Dee.
He also posted a photo with the caption “Driving to secret place” on 2017. All of the photos with the hashtags were taken from other websites with no permission.
Instagram has rules and regulations regarding users posting photos taken by other people. An individual should ask permission from the owner of the photo before posting it and apparently, Anderson did not do this.
Instagram can disable Anderson’s account if he continues with this. Netizens speculated that he is referring to cheating on his ex-girlfriend Bea Alonzo.
