Marielle Trangia, a resident of Novaliches, went on Facebook and shared a photo of two police officers paying for an old woman’s meal.
Trangia was crossing the street when she saw an elderly woman getting assisted by two police officers.
Trangia was curious to see what would happen next, so she followed the party.
“kala ko kung ano lang actually wala tlaga akong idea sa nangyayari kaya simple lang ako nagmasid inaabangan kung anu mangyayari at kung saan nila dadalhin yong senior haggang sa nakatawid n kmi.”
She pretended to wait for a jeepney so she wouldn’t be caught.
“medyo naglakad ako ng konti palapit sa knila sumunod nmn kasama ko na yong alam niya lang nag aabang kami ng keep pabalik ng sm fairview”
The police officers suddenly stopped and pulled out a chair for the elderly, and asked her what she wanted to eat.
“naririnig ko pa tinatanong nila kung anu gustong kainin ng matanda hanggang sa nag order na sila ng pagkain ng matanda.”
Trangia felt touched about the gesture that the cops showed, and posted the picture on Facebook.
“Keep it up po.. at lagi po kayong mag iingat lalo na po sa bawat mission ninyo.. GOD BLESS PO”
Netizens were also touched.
