As the community quarantine is still implemented due to the COVID-19 pandemic, many restaurants have chosen to do a delivery service to start up business again.
While it’s convenient for those confined to their homes, many restaurants and delivery riders are getting pranked by customers.
Chacha Special Binalot Sa Dahon shared the story of how they got an order for food worth Php1,011 from a customer named Reynan Gañete. He wanted the food to be delivered for dinner so the restaurant located in San Pedro, Laguna had his orders ready before 7 PM.
But when the delivery rider was on the way to Gañete’s house, he canceled the order as they opted to eat Pancit Canton instead. The restaurant explained that it’s too late for him to cancel his order.

The restaurant further explained that the cancellation would be a loss for the rider but Reynan insisted to cancel the order. But when the rider arrived at the address that was given, it turned out to be a fake one.

Reynan suddenly announced that it’s only a prank for their blog and he will give a “shout-out” in exchange for his actions.
