Director reveals how this actress once did something heroic for a badly injured stuntman

This cost him all of his savings but in the end, there was still a big chance that he could never walk again because he couldn’t afford the next operation.

Ever heard a heartwarming story about your favorite celebrities that made you stan them even more or at least changed your mind when it comes to liking them?

A director posted about the heroic deeds of a celebrity he’s worked with in the past.

Director Lester Pimentel Ong said that he wanted to share his experience working with this actress. They once had a stuntman who got heavily injured. He fractured the biggest bone in his leg and had to be confined at the Philippine Orthopedic Center for over a month.

This cost him all of his savings but in the end, there was still a big chance that he could never walk again because he couldn’t afford the next operation.

But suddenly, an angel came.

“One late night ng konti na lang tao sa public hospital kung saan nakaconfine si injured stuntman, dumating siya kasama lang ang driver niya. Kinumusta si stuntman, consoled his wife and mom, then asked the person in charge of the hospital how much was the accumulated bill at magkano pa ang kakailanganin para makalakad pa ulit si stuntman. Agad nyang binayaran ang bill, nagiwan ng pabaon at encouraging words sa pamilya, then she left,” Ong wrote.

The heroine of the story was actress Angel Locsin, who has been receiving many criticisms lately for fighting for media giant ABS-CBN.

She has also gained bashers after calling out her fellow celebrities for not speaking up about the network’s issue even after thousands of employees have lost their jobs.

“Sa lahat ng artistang hindi nagsasalita, ano? May career pa ba kayo? Wala na, wala na kayong network,” Locsin said in front of demonstrators during the ABS-CBN protest last July 18.
