Isabel Rivas expressed her anger against fellow Actress Vivian Velez for ‘celebrating’ ABS-CBN franchise denial.
In a Facebook post, Rivas called Velez as ‘non-sense’ and ‘no brains’ as the latter lauded Congress for their decision to reject the ABS-CBN franchise.
“Walang kwentang tao talaga ito, sexy ka lang nung araw pero no brains ka talaga…” Rivas said.
[This person is non-sense, you are just sexy before but you have no brains]
“Nanaba na lang sana utak mo ng may natira ka pang industria na rerespeto sa’yo…” Rivas said.
[Your brain should have grown bigger so you will still have an industry left to respect you]
Rivas also accused Velez of ‘adding insult to the injury’ to her former colleagues who are currently grieving.
“Adding insult to injury ka pa dyan sa mga umiiyak na nakatrabaho mo, wala ka talagang kahihiyan…ingrata!!!” Rivas stated.

Rivas also said that she has known Velez for 45 years, and the latter does not really know the meaning of being a ‘friend’. In addition, Rivas said that the ‘true character’ of Velez has been revealed.
“45- years kitang kilala, akala ko ako lang aapihin mo, hindi mo pala alam talaga salitang kaibigan noh!!!” Rivas expressed.
[I have known you 45 years, I thought, it is only me whom you’ll maltreat, you don’t know the meaning of ‘friend’]

After the denial of franchise, Velez expressed her joy on her social media that irritated Rivas.
Recently, Rivas made a shocking revelation against Velez. She tagged the latter as a ‘user’ for taking advantage of people and leaving them afterward.
Rivas also said that Velez is full of arrogance and pride, the reason Velez had several disagreements with other celebrities.
Rivas and Velez are both known as ‘sexy stars’. They were friends during the times when they starred in sexy Pinoy movies.
Both of them made teleseryes with ABS-CBN.
Isabel Rivas started with the film, Uhaw Na Dagat’ in 1980. She recently took a role in GMA Network’s ‘Bilangin Ang Bituin Sa Langit.’
Vivian Velez, known as “Ms. Body Beautiful” of the ’80s Philippine Movies, who starred in the film ‘Ang Babaeng Hinugot sa Aking Tadyang’ in 1981. Her last television appearance was in ‘Tubig at Langis’ which she left after her rift with co-star Cristine Reyes.
