Loyal Kapuso stars Dingdong Dantes, Marian Rivera, and Alden Richards share their message for the newest member of the GMA Network talent roaster, actress Bea Alonzo.
During the contract signing of Alonzo at the EDSA Shangri-La Manila, video messages of the other GMA artists were shown. Richards, whom Alonzo is going to be working with for a film project by Viva Films, GMA Pictures, and APT Entertainment, stated that he’s looking forward to working with her in the place he considers his home.
“Isa lang masasabi ko welcome sa GMA natuloy na din ‘yung pinag-usapan natin. I’m really looking forward to working with you in this network–my home network,” said Richards.
“And I hope you will have a very fun stay here kasama namin.”
On the other hand, Rivera expressed her confidence that the new Kapuso actress will enjoy her experience in the network.
“Hi, Bea, welcome sa GMA, Kapuso Network. Naku, sure na sure ako na mag-e-enjoy ka dito. I’m very happy na nadagdagan na naman ang mga Kapuso.”
Alonzo was all smiles when he saw the message of her former leading man, Dingdong Dantes.
“Welcome to GMA! Marami nag-aantay sa’yo dito at happyng-happy kami na finally Kapuso ka na rin. I’m sure mag-e-enjoy ka and I’m looking forward to the many projects na gagawin mo dito being a very-very good actress.”

The two worked together in the film She’s The One which was released in 2013.
During the press conference, Alonzo said that she feels like her network transfer was a good decision as the offer came at the right time.
“I was offered to do teleserye and offered a network contract by GMA. And at that point, it felt like it was the right thing to do and it came at the right time. And it felt good.”
She also shared that her manager, Shirley Kuan, was the one who talked with the management throughout the whole process and the transfer went on really easily.
“My manager negotiated and it has led us to this. And to be honest, ang gaan-gaan lang ng lahat, ‘yung buong proseso.”
When asked about her plans with GMA Network, Alonzo answered that she won’t get further into detail as she thinks that it’s not yet the right time to disclose it.
“Meron na ‘kong teleserye na gagawin pero hahayaan ko na lang ang GMA mag-disclose kung ano ‘yon because I think hindi ko pa siya pwede sabihin.”
The actress left Star Magic in November 2020 after around 19 years of being in the company.
