Vice President Leni Robredo had to take a motorcycle to her designated venue in Cavite due to heavy traffic caused by her rally.
Nearly 50,000 “Kakampinks” showed up to support the Robredo-Pangilinan tandem, letting Gov. Jonvic Remulla know that his promise of ensuring Bongbong Marcos 800,000 votes from the province won’t come easy.

When the evening came, the traffic became worse, according to Cavite natives. But that didn’t stop supporters from attending nor discouraged Robredo from showing up.
Known as a down-to-earth individual, Robredo decided to take a motorcycle to fully complete the rally, something her rival Bongbong Marcos would never do in a million years.

According to netizens, roads and bridges were purposely blocked to discourage Filipinos from attending the rally.
Roads were closed for miraculously on time repairs. Signal was jammed. But truth, hope, and joy said, "hold our beers."

Despite being behind Marcos in almost every survey, Robredo shows no sign of stopping. She won the vice presidency in 2016 while also being behind.
“Coming from 2016, nag-number three ako noong 2016, late March na. Number three pa lang ako. Nag-number two ako, third week of April na. So ano talaga to, down to the finish line talaga ‘yung laban. Mas lalo tayong nai-inspire kasi nararamdaman natin ‘yung energy talaga on the ground,” Robredo said.
