Prominent Pres. Bongbong Marcos supporter Mark Lopez’s tactics to undermine former vice president Leni Robredo’s accomplishments have backfired almost instantly.
In a commentary on the Daily Tribune titled “The performance of Leni Robredo,” the propagandist wrote that he’ll enumerate the achievements of Robredo. However, the column was blank aside from “What a performance” as a conclusion.
It indicated that the former vice president accomplished nothing during their 6-years in office.
Corny, already done and with more commitment to the bit https://t.co/X3vJsxCvuL

The Kakampinks wouldn’t let Lopez slide, though. They capitalized on the blank portion and filled it with the many milestones Robredo’s OVP hit.

Among the many feats include the out-of-school youth program TrabaHope, a mental health facility in Cebu, four “Angat Buhay” villages for the less privileged, and a free shuttle service that benefited 18,000 people.
The blank space wasn’t enough to list all accomplishments.
Not enough

The “template” Lopez provided did more help than damage Robredo.

Richard Heydarian previously went with the same tactic.

But columnist Conrado de Quiros was the one who started the trend. He did it when late actor Fernando Poe came out as the favorite to win the presidency.
Conrado de Quiros is the OG. All the rest are just copycats. pic.twitter.com/GkNnUY9LaI

In the first year of the pandemic, the OVP put a total of P505.3 million in assistance for COVID-19 response and another P35.06 million for disaster relief operations. The budget was also able to help the victims of the Taal Volcano explosion.
The OVP established the ‘E-Konsulta,’ a free telemedicine program that seeks to reach indigent and vulnerable families, decongest hospitals and extend proper medical attention.
Further, the OVP launched the Swab Cab project in 2021 which was able to test 9,757 people in Malabon, Quezon City, Marikina City, Imus, Tuguegarao, and Naga.
Robredo lost the presidential race to incumbent Pres. Bongbong Marcos in a landslide.
